Aze Shiatsu Volume 2: Treating the Lateral decubitus. Revised edition. English version (Aze Shiatsu English version) (Spanish Edition)

Shiatsu, through the hands of the professional therapist, accesses structural imbalances and allows the body to activate its own self-healing mechanisms, which it carries from birth.Shiatsu therapy is usually practiced in prone or supine decubitus, as they are the most appropriate postures for both the patient and therapist, leaving the lateral for special cases. In this book we develop the work in lateral decubitus, since in my opinion, it offers other technical advantages in addition to covering many important points in the professional and basic work of Aze Shiatsu style; we’ve discussed in the first part of this book.It includes explanatory stretches in each area, as well as more than 400 images detailing the way I work with Shiatsu, muscles implicated in the treatment region and comments on my personal experiences.
