- PREMIUM SHRUB DRINKING VINEGAR - Shrubs are old fashioned, fruit based drinking vinegars. These are complex concoctions that balance elements of fruitiness, florality, tartness and fermentation to create an uncommon drinking experience.
- 100% NATURAL MONTANA INGREDIENTS - We make our Huckleberry Shrub in small batches with the finest ingredients that Montana has to offer – pressed raw huckleberries, raw Montana knapweed honey, raw apple cider vinegar, and a bit of pristine, aquifer water. We never use preservatives or stabilizers – only pure, Montana sourced ingredients.
- THE FRESHEST HUCKLEBERRIES IN MONTANA - Huckleberries are the mythical fruit of the mountain West. Infamously resistant to cultivation, these little beauties grow naturally in high elevations and along coastal areas in the Pacific Northwest. The flavor profile is reminiscent of blueberries, but far more complex, more tart and more varied.
- VERSATILE COCKTAIL MIXER - Shrub mixers are a key ingredient used by some of the most talented mixologists. Ready to go as a standalone cocktail base, our shrubs have endless applications with bitters and craft infusions for more complex drinks. Our perfectly balanced Huckleberry blend makes it easier than ever to mix great tasting craft cocktails at home.
- DELICIOUS SIPPING VINEGAR: Sip our huckleberry drinking shrub straight, or enjoy Shivelight’s delectable, balanced taste by mixing it with soda, mineral water, or sparkling water. Relax and enjoy the health benefits of raw apple cider vinegar in its most delicious shrub form.
