Let the Chip Drop

The name Let the Chip Drop, is a reference to the ChipDrop app, which connects arborists with property owners (like JC or Henry Nguyen from Monkish) to arrange free drops of wood chips which can be used for a number of landscaping or agricultural purposes. 

This IPA is being released in collaboration with Monkish Brewing Co. (Torrance, CA). Featuring a blend of Citra and Chinook Hops along with CIT Quantuum (which we're also currently featuring in Bridge Over Duckboat), Let the Chip Drop is grapefruit-forward with undertones of  tropical fruit and pine with a light-to-medium bitterness and a soft mouthfeel.
