Sur La Table Carbon Steel Double Burner Griddle, 17" x 11", Black

Breakfast for a crowd, burgers on a busy weeknight or a quick round of grilled vegetables—this double burner griddle gives you the space to cook more at once. Made from heavy-gauge carbon steel, it heats quickly and evenly and comes pre-seasoned so you can start cooking right away. With continued use, it develops a natural patina that helps food release more easily—an excellent alternative to traditional nonstick.
